While digital interactions in general have exponentially increased since the advent of the smartphone, (opens, clicks and engagement in general are all way up), revenue has not followed at a comparable rate. This is called the smartphone paradox. In this session, Forest will be discussing the smartphone paradox, and how top brands are overcoming it through leveraging the inbound call channel. Many top brands understand that the customer journey can't be contained to digital interactions alone, and are turning to the inbound call as a way to convert those tire kickers into happy, revenue producing customers through cutting edge call intelligence solutions, allowing digital marketers to attribute inbound call revenue and optimize their spend accordingly."

Forest Yule of Invoca

Forest Yule is the Director of Strategic Alliances at Invoca, the leader in call intelligence and call marketing automation. He has been building channels and partner ecosystems for leading SaaS companies over a decade. Prior to Invoca, he was the Sr. Strategic Alliances Manager at Silverpop, an IBM company, where he oversaw global strategic alliances for such partners as Salesforce.com, Microsoft and NetSuite. Forest lives in Austin, TX where he enjoys live music, the outdoors and is presently pursuing his private pilots license. He studied International Business and Marketing at the Hankamer School of business at Baylor University in Waco, TX, and is an avid college football fan.
